grrrrr….or, an opportunity for early-rise hair dressers
i miss the convenience of living in china. and i am fed up by the lack of initiative and the passive state entrepreneurs are here in serbia sometimes!
there is no hair-dresser or salon working before 9a.m!!! how stupid is that?!?! i can’t do or style my hair before an important meeting at work (which also starts at 9am) in the morning! i miss china’s convenience- there, hair-dressers worked from early hours, or late in evening, and you don’t even need to schedule! the sad part is, i think this not-working-before-9am is in the rest of europe too! how sad and how old! don’t they realize there’s a market out there for women who want to look nice and feel confident, and don’t want to schedule yet another appointment, even if it is a hair-dressing appointment, and just walk in and get a hair styling?!?! am fed up of calling and not having the luxury of just walking in. i mean, this is such a simple business idea - open a hair salon that stays open even ONE hour later than the rest or that opens ONE hour early than the others. imagine the competitive advantage, and the HAPPY customers!
grrrrr…. having ranted, i must say i do have my friendly hair stylist, she is lovely, and always agreed to schedule me before work. she is away on holiday now, hence this frustration. sigh, i miss living in a developing country that is, well, developing. serbia needs to catch on in services and convenience. and work habits!
